World Cafe

The World Cafe is now open in the main lobby before and after each service. It is also open occasionally for large events held at the church. The World Cafe features coffee from around the world. The current brew represents the country that our Heartland Missionaries are preparing to visit on the next mission trip. All proceeds go to support our current mission teams.

Stop by to hang out and learn about Heartland missions and the unreached peoples of our world. Enjoy a cup of coffee, cappuccino and homebaked goodies. If you're lucky, you might stumble upon some of your favorite pastors. Heartland missions appreciates all prayer and support!

How can I help?

There are many ways you can become involved with Compassion International and missions.

  • You can choose to sponsor a child through Compassion.

  • You can choose to support pregnant women and new mothers through the Child Survival Program.

  • You can GO on a mission trip.

  • You can volunteer at the World Cafe or support Heartland Missions with prayer or donations.

At Heartland Worship Center, our members now sponsor over 250 children through the Child Sponsorship Program from all over the world! Our members also have fully funded an entire project called the El Shaday Child Survival Program in Ecuador.

Compassion International www.compassion.com/ serves 26 countries all over the world. While we fully support Compassion and have sponsored children throughout these 26 countries, we chose to focus on four specific countries in the hopes of creating a long-lasting, effective relationship with each of them. We have adopted four countries, one from each region that Compassion serves: Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Uganda and Thailand. We have already started sending teams to these countries on short-term mission trips. Our hopes in the future are to fully fund a Child Sponsorship Program in each of our four countries, continue sending teams into the field, and to continue to empower our Heartland 'Missionaries' in the knowledge of missions, but to also train them to GO!
